Avesenchai
They're fun. My favorites are "I estimate that I am owed seven" (Nobel prizes) and "they are also susceptible to being dropped on the floor, as one of your engineers helpfully demonstrated" Edited January 28, 2014 by Avesenchai
Gorlom
I assume that would be Chris.

Akrakorn
Easily one of the best characters in the game (or... only one?)
Ryodan
I agree, i love the way the scientist talks about the engineers.
Commissar Pancakes
The utter snark present in every single one is always utterly amusing.
Gauddlike
I bet the Goldhawk monthly staff performance reviews are fun for everyone involved... Mainly Chris though.
Caaygun
More characters in general would be welcome. For instance, the scientists get to snipe at the engineers in research debriefs or ufopedia but the engineers don't get their chance back, perhaps also add a debrief text for production projects? commenting in the sidelines that how the arrogant scientists are being overpaid (really in game ) ? Pilots could chatter about their engagements "Roger that", "Locked and loaded!", "Mayday mayday!" etc., or even ground combat could include popups from soldiers about their status "Fire in the hole!", "Hostile ahead!", "Under fire" etc. Seeing how the science text has character, one never is satisfied with what one has already. On the bottom left side, with a bit transparent text of operative chatter. Add a million phrases they can use. No voice overs though, unless you give us the disable option. Minttunator
I'd just like to agree with this - I am enjoying the Xenopedia entries immensely! This was one of my favourite parts of the original game and it seems that Xenonauts improves on it by quite a margin. Some of the reports are absolutely hilarious. Planetus
I second the call for engineer comments. As an engineer myself, I can tell you that any lead scientist who regularly commented like that would not survive long. At the very least, the 'prank' shown in the Reaper research entry (the coffee machine right next to the containment tank) would be a minor one, unless the engineers can see it as a two-sided thing. NaytchSG
Yes, let the engineers brag about how they tightened up and streamlined the specs that the techno-weenies sent them and thus used less alien alloy to make a particular item. Is there a thread or spot on the forums where we can point out spelling/typos/grammar issues? A game with great storytelling deserves polished text entries. Keep up the great work! Amaror
I agree it's really funny. Sadly the metric/imperial crazyness in those texts is pretty annoying and sucks the fun out of reading them a bit. But we allready had another thread about that, so i'll shut up.
