Multiple dropships per mission :D?

So, what I was thinking was something along the lines of say having two charlies and having both drop troops on the same objective at the same time, maybe in different areas sometimes. I just think it might be cool

And really difficult to do! Scraping the money together for multiple drops and multiple teams is a PITA.

Woah woah woah, bigger dropships? What? How come you get bigger fucking dropships AFTER getting plasma weapons? Is this going to be in an update or did I not shoot down a certain ship or something because the largest I have managed to take down was a corvette... Didn't get corsairs fast enough and got wrekt

The two dropships unlocks are at this time of writing:

1) After you shoot down and recover a landing ship.

2) After you shoot down and recover a Carrier.

Not all players are satisfied with the small size of the tactical group (10-12 soldiers at the beginning of the game) - this is a fact.
