Linque
Also update the kickstarter main page with the stretch goals. Don't make people have to read the update separately.
Hellstormer
Also update the kickstarter main page with the stretch goals. Don't make people have to read the update separately. I was just thinking that also good thing to point out

Aleksi
Alot of inde bands and musicians used to print their own cd,s on Cd-rBefore the widespread use of Youtube etc. And there are still a few bands that do this but its mostly used for demos these days. Annyway im done with this discussion now It seams we have difrent opinions and i respect that, il keep to my opinion and those disagree with me keep to theirs. Relax guys. For the moment, not plan for printing the soundtrack on a CD. Perhaps if Chris decides to make a printed version of Xenonauts, we can agree on some kind of digipack that would also include the soundtrack on a CD. On my part, i plan to sell the soundtrack once the game is out, with about twice the amount of music currently in-game. So, for people that really enjoyed the music, they can have more for a decent price. Help the musician! If they is an interest, i will print a nice digipack CD. But i won't do it until i'm assured its going to sell. Printing a quality CD today is affordable, but is still a cost. Wait & see...

I myself produce music and am a sound designer (in my spare time), I've got some cool tracks in soundcloud page that would fit the game nicely in some situations: http://soundcloud.com/point-source/cloud9-lfo-sighting-original http://soundcloud.com/point-source/cloud9-progressions-original http://soundcloud.com/point-source/cloud9-deep-space-original-mix http://soundcloud.com/point-source/100-slim-phatty-slow-drift http://soundcloud.com/point-source/100-slim-phatty-moog-pads-v2 http://soundcloud.com/point-source/cloud-9-faith-in-the-future http://soundcloud.com/point-source/100-slim-phatty-double-square Cloud9 is my experimental/ambient project, Point Source is my main project. I wouldn't mind having one of the tracks included in the game!! All sounds are synthesized from scratch. IF the mod community is interested I could make a track for a map too... Hope you guys enjoy. Zeromanicus
Am I the only one who has a problem with indoor missions? Aren't alien bases the same thing? I got the impression it could be stuff from underground military bases, to the helicopter landing on top of a large building's roof and you fighting floor to floor. thothkins
I thought it might be the latter. Office buildings etc as I though that a base defence mission would be able to give you an underground military base and I thought base defences were already going to be included. Silichna
Are the base defence missions definitely underground missions then?
thothkins
Well, there isn't an access lift as such, but from what I've read on these forums they are like the military installations built to withstand a rather radioactive cold war.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too. It'd be awesome, and could well serve as a 'downtown' type map.
