xcom
Happened 4 times now. I start a new game (normal diff. - windows 7 64bit), then take down a light scout. I send a chinook/charlie for the crash site, and when it reaches there, the "ground combat loading - load times will be faster" screen appears, and then the game crashes. Okim
Had similar problem. But i cured this by unistallling the game and installing it again. Not sure if this is the cure though, but since then i got only one hidden movement freeze and some odd untextured tiles on industrial and snow maps. Oh, and instant win for light scouts with no bodies.
Chris
With the standalone? Can you try unzipping it again? It may be a corrupted download too - the standalone shouldn't be crashing on mission loadup, I did test for that before I released it. xcom
ok, i will install again and retry. Not sure if that's important, but i'm running the standalone on a pendrive with 1.86gb free space. *** EDIT *** will also redownload the standalone and later try also the Desura version.
