And I can't neither disassemble UFO except for fighters, heavy fighters, light scouts, scouts, corvettes and interceptors, do I need a really late-game technology (I already get strike cruisers, assault landers and carriers)? The predator armour gives you additional HP so the game takes it like damage but if you got to GC you would have full HP.. You can disassemble all the ufos right away when you get them and you should do that already for parts. I look at your WAR save you send me and you already disassemble corvettes and scouts, because you got "recovered" items for only sale at your storage. So i couldn't get your problem. I found your problem. You kill everyone!!! You need to capture aliens, mostly specialists with different colors.. like red sebilians or yellow-green weared caesans. 2. or 3. reply at this topic explains who is who.. If you dont get them alive you will miss %80 of researches as you are stucked at kinetic weapons.. There is a reason for all stun batons, stun grenades and emp weapons.. As example: navigator interrogation should tell player he will meet with pilot at medium size ufos and he should get him alive much more advanced tech.. And alien rebel x-pedia should give the idea of stunning alien specialists are important for researches and need to give some info about the colors of specialists which needs to capture alive.. Navigators would give researches about UFO's and new planes.. medic/doctors will give chemical weapons, technicians will give new engine and explosive researches and weapon specialists will open new weapons.. And special androns would give armours.. but androns cant be stunned s player will get already the researches with killing them but not destroying the body/corpse.
