Khalan
Just a minor suggestion here - I'm assuming that the secondary weapon slot fills with the same weapon as the primary slot to represent it taking up both hands. Would be nice, in this case, to display the secondary slot weapon at 50% transparency or similar, instead of it looking like your soldier is carrying two shotguns for instance. Another option would be to simply grey out the secondary slot unless a one-handed weapon or item is equipped in the primary slot. EG. - Equip Assault Rifle in Primary Slot - Display Assault Rifle at 100% opacity in Primary - Display Assault Rifle at 50% opacity in Secondary
Kreny
Yes please, at the moment, it's quite confusing. It looks like our guys are capable of dual-welding
Shuichi Niwa
+1 for me too. Just have the secondary slot grey out or even put it in red.
Belmakor
Sounds reasonable and should be easy to implement. +
Major Isoor
Yeah this is exactly what I was thinking about suggesting. It'd definitely be good to have it partially transparent or greyed out, (50% would probably be best, as Khalan said) to reduce confusion. Shouldn't be too difficult to implement, either
Chris
Fair point, I'll put this on the to-do list.
Gauddlike
Wouldn't it make more sense to duplicate the system that the ground combat GUI uses to represent the two hands?
