MortuusSum
Obviously, carry capacity is governed by strength. I just wanted to know how, if at all, a soldier's strength is improved? I just got to Wolf Armour (Having skipped over Jackal entirely) and most of my soldiers are losing most of their gear in order to carry it and still taking a hit to their TUs. silencer
Over-weighting, or using big guns such as LMG
dpelectric
Carry every kg you possibly can Edit: I meant up to the point where it starts to affect your TUs Edited April 20, 2014 by dpelectric
Dirk Ralthar
I always set the guy's armor, give him his primary weapon with 2 reloads, if he still is not in the red, I give him grenades to fill out the rest. After enough drops (if he survives) he will be able to carry it all with no penalty. The good part is it doesn't stop him from shooting, only moving fast enough to keep up with the rest of the squad. That is only a problem if you don't have them take their time for the slow guys to keep up.
MortuusSum
Cheers, that makes sense. I already had my guys carrying a lot, this gives me something to look forward to.
Max_Caine
You only need to carry slightly more than your solider can carry - you don't have to load him down, and your strength will only go up by +1 per mission. However! You're in for a pleasant surprise when you get to the power armours.
