I'd like to see a medal for surviving after losing half your health. Another medal for killing 3+ aliens in one mission. Another for surviving X amount of missions. Maybe one for 5, one for 10 and one for 20+ I think, once sanity and morale is implemented and balanced further, it could be one for staying sane under critical conditions. One for marksmanship would be cool. Maybe 8/10 shots hit in a row for a soldier. Or a 90% plus hit ratio on a mission. Then you could have the medals stack. To that I'd respond by pointing out that it seems silly to wear your medals into a combat zone. Those would probably stay home. EDIT: Did not realize this thread's been quiet for like six days. I actually managed to get that one even on high difficulty... but then again, XCOM2012 did let me have psychics, so I just mind-controlled someone and ran, rinse and repeat.
