There's no more scout UFOs around anymore, just heavy fighters, that are always destroyed, and the larger landing craft, corvettes and cruisers, and they're obviously not in yet, as the game always crash when you try to mission them. thothkins Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 I'd be a bit surprised if the progress through beta doesn't give you alloys along with the ships as they are unlocked/added. It used to be a prerequisite for a lot of the manufacturing, unless Xenonauts works differently. Actually, back in EU1994 you could manufacture your own alloys... zzz1010 Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 (edited) As I said - no crashes no landings in late alpha, because fighters\bombers used in all common missions But you still must can be able to catch corvette it's rare but already here (not sure is it in place for all tilsest and landed, crashed or both). Though I'd love it if Chris made it so that destroyed fighters gave a small amount of alloys (you know, gratefully collected by the countries they were shot down over...unless they were using them to try and build up weapons behind our backs...the bastards...).
