v25.1b- You get no deployment phase in Cleaner base

I remember watching previous builds where you had a deployment phase to put soldiers wherever you want in the starting room. Now, the soldiers get placed in the same positions as they do in the dropship, so it looks awkward and unintentional.

Did we previously have a deployment region there? I can't remember. I guess it seems like it might be kinda fun so I'll add one in in the next patch.

Chris, you remember correctly. For that Mission we didn´t have an deployment Phase. And I like it how it is with the new Starting Screen.
