Question about kickstarter payments

I bought the game on my credit card, but i dont know if on day of the payment i'll have credit on it (I'm a student with no money..). So I canceled and backed a couple times until I found my dad's credit card number ()

It will be any charges on payments that I have canceled?

It would probably be best to ask the KS people to be certain but as you haven't actually paid for anything until the KS ends then you should be fine.

You haven't made a payment until that point so you can't be charged anything for it.

You will only be charged once, and then on the creditcard you selected most recently. This is assuming you only have one account on kickstarter.

If you can't complete th transfer for any reason they wont charge you. You will be sent an e-mail that you need to fix the details of your payment. and there should be a notification on kickstarter about it as well.

Yes, I have only one account. I was worried about any kind of fee charges.

You should be fine. Fees only apply when actual money is being moved. There will be no transfer of funds until June 10th as you can see, and then only the active pledge will be charged and incur a fee.

I dont think there is any additional fee. It's kinda baked into the pledge alreaday. Amazon take 3% of the pledged ammount and Kickstarter takes 5%. So the backer doesn't get charged any more then his pledged ammount but the one with the kickstarter project will notice he doesnt get the whole sum.

From that it looks like you've only pledged once, and the fee is charged to us rather than you guys, so I wouldn't worry about it!

Also, payment won't come on the actual day, that the kickstarter ends. It can take up to a week before your card gets billed.
