Skitso's Improved message sound

This mod replaces Xenonauts' default "message arrived" sound effect. I raised it's pitch and tempo to make it play quicker. I also crop it shorter and made it sound a bit softer with less echo. The end result is a similar sound effect that is a lot less obtrusive and more easy to your ears.
