Solver Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 It seems that, if projected funding on a continent goes below 0, you cannot increase it anymore. I know you can't bring back lost continents, but this is different. In my case, I have 273k funding from North America, and my expected change for the region is -274, as I was unable to respond to a terror mission. Once you hit 0 you are done, no matter if you shoot down 20 battleships over the same region in the same month. But it seems the region funding loss is capped at -1, so any positive action would then bring the region back and it'd be very difficult to lose funding regions. The game seems to check vs. projected funding level instead of current status, which is not what I expected. I can accept if you decide to classify it as a feature now that the game's ready, but then it warrants a mention in the manual, at least.
