Critical chance missing

I'm I wrong or there is no such thing as critical chance in the game in order to inflict a substantially larger amount of damage then defined by the weapon? You know guys, a low chance, but still a possibility thing It could be dependent on reflexes, thus making this characteristic more relevant to the game.

Yeah I'd see a critical chance be very useful, especially when you start fighting those 120+ HP aliens on your first terror missions with starter weapons.

Hey, I'd like that. Currently reflexes only deal with reaction fire, and how likely you are to fire or not.

Making them more useful would help make them more relevant, I think.

It would be nice if the critical would not be just double the damage, I would like something like for example:

You have 10% critical chance

Basically you will roll the numbers again and that would be added to the current damage.

Weapon damage currently has a 20% variance.

Your 10 damage bullet can hit from between 8 and 12 damage.

I disagree with this; I think the game already has enough randomness. However, if you like the idea, you should be able to easily mod your game by changing DamageRandomChance in assets/config.xml to a larger number. (Disclaimer: I haven't tried this, but it should work.)
