I think the TU cost for reloading a rocket launcher should go down, because my soldiers can get caught in bad spots if they're stuck using almost all of their TU to reload. I'd like to be able to move around some after reloading a rocket launcher.

So you mean two transports not in a squadron making runs? I think the mission might fail when the first transport leaves, I don't know though I never had to run away in one. I know terror missions fail as as soon as you leave. -
I'm fine with the psi powers being gone, maybe a modder can put that in somehow. The only kind of psi development I'd be ok with would be official Xenonaut Tin Foil Hats to help protect against the enemy.

If the aliens know where your base is, a medium "Landing Ship" could spawn and make a bee line towards your base. No ships just suddenly changes direction to attack your base. -

Chris said they won't bring in psionics due to how powerful it is. But of course I secretly hope for it -
I've noticed that armor and damage have a large role in suppression. With starter weapons you are able to suppress the first aliens since 2 to 3 bullets can kill them (not counting pistols). The same goes for your soldiers from the alien point of view, but when they get jackal armor those plasma pistols do not suppress the wearer as easily. When the aliens upgrade to plasma rifles though, soldiers with jackal armor will start getting suppressed again. Basically if the shot doesn't hurt much, a soldier won't be scared of it and become suppressed.

Yep, with Jackal armor soldiers are usually left with a margin of health left when it comes to rifles. That is if they're experienced and have more than 65 health.

When an alien is in cover I use smoke grenades to conceal my troops, which causes them to run out of cover for some reason. -

Was there a hotfix? I just downloaded something big. -
I think the game should be mostly finished when the v19 experimental is completed. The developers said that this will be the last build to add new content to the game, the next version will be spent on bugfixing and possibly balancing.

I think that's true for anything in the game with armor. Shots in the rear should cause increased damage to everything.
