As with V18, suppression still allows them to move the following turn, whereas previously it didn't. That makes it almost entirely useless, as the only thing it then prevents is reaction fire, which has generally already happened before they get suppressed. Ol' Stinky Posted June 15, 2013 Share Posted June 15, 2013 The real problem with suppression is that the code allowing the AI to "cheat" and still burst fire after being suppressed is still in. When that bug's finally crushed, suppression's usefulness is that it forces the enemy to try and hobble away or take a weak snap shot since they only have half their TUs on their turn.
