gfulton
Context: On the third player turn of a ground combat mission over northern Africa, the player tank (starting ground vehicle, forgot name) was at 5HP and facing directly south. Approximatley 10 units away and facing south, a reptile alien type fired a shot at the tank. The shot hit the tank, the tank explosion animation appeared to complete playing correctly, and the game crashed to the desktop. Repro: Have a basic reptile alien soldier deal fatal damage to the initial player ground combat vehicle. Have the initial player ground combat vehicle receive fatal damage. Matthew
For me it's fine whatever alien kills my tank. Last time a civilian did it by accident coz' he missed his shot, but it's still fine. What kind of combat map was it, what kind of weapon did the alien use?
djlogue
Ah yes I just made a post about this myself, same as really I was in north africa on the desert map. I can replicate it easy. Just drive the tank into the corner and let it be destroyed lol. Plasma rifle was the offender I believe. alcari
It's fine for me, and I know I've had a LOT of ferrets blown up by plasma rifles and pistols. In the desert as well... Were you maybe standing on, or near, something?

Matthew
I don't know, for me it's fine on every map and with every weapon type. Maybe your desura content is damaged is something is wrong with it. Try to validate your files, if the problem still present send me a save game from your ground combat where the gmae crashes when you loose your hunter. djlogue
I tested it fir the 3rd time and it's working now. Odd that we both had it at the same time though
