Corporal Hicks
Hi! I would like the devs to make the message that appears when a soldier gets hit and start to bleed to have a longer screen time, or for us to be able to make it go away with a click. It's too fast at the moment, I can't barely read the first 3 words and it's already gone, no way to know how many turns my soldier have left to live. Jean-Luc
I guess this suggestion is kinda obvious but couldn't we have an icon to indicate bleeding the same way we have one for suppression?
thothkins
I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of details provided on the bleeding. A little read tear drop a la suppression would make some sense. Although the blood splattered tile is also a bit of a give away.
Vivisector 9999
I agree, the bleeding message goes by WAY too fast. Yes, red tear drops and splattered tiles are good, but those still don't tell you HOW MUCH your guy is bleeding.
thothkins
Oh sure, by all means slow it down. But between the initial information and the icon/tile splatter I think that's pretty decent.
Oathbreaker
Please don't put in another thing like "S for Suppressed" - that's enough to take away from the immersive experience. Blood on the ground on the other hand... looks and plays awesome.
thothkins
yeah, I really liked the splattered tiles myself, and could live without the tear drop of blood. But if I had to have some other visual cue... @Oathbreaker: would you prefer to see the blue S vanish as well?
TheUbiquitous
I'm with Oathbreaker on the icons above combatants, at least on difficulties above "Easy." Reward players for paying attention.
