This is possible as a different Steam user released a large mod for Crusader Kings 2 in parts to compensate for the limit http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=430170977 I wish but the mod is over 2 gb.. steams limit is about 100 mb.. so not possible sadly.. It's possible, kind of.. but we are talking about 2.5gb here.. it means 50 parts with 50 mb.. it looks confusing.. I will upload to the mod websites like nexus, so it would be much more easy to exact a rar into game directory.. even i can make a installer... I don't remember Go to xdivision mod folder and open researches.xml with excel or notepad.. you will see every research and their requirements. I am waiting cool screen shots from you to put them on big mod websites and here. Mostly mod additions of course. Every kind of ss are fine. För scream users, you can take ss with F12 if you start it with scream. You can add your game to steam library if you even don't buy it from steam. Snipers seems bit overpowered (I hate when psionics take control of my sniper and kill my team member(s)). There might be some error in Advanced alien electronics research code since even whith all requirements it didn´t show in research screen. After some editing of research requiremets for it I made it work for me. Yeah snipers.. i know the issue.. i hate mindcontrol for that reason i limited it very much at 0.99.. I checked Advanced alien electronics and when i got the needs Items.Alienlargecomputers, Researches.SebillianengineerInterrogation, and Researches.AndronserverDisassembly, it poped up without problem.. About androns, i checked both server and controller, they both gave me right corpse and researches poped up as intended. The problem here is not to destroy their body with explosives. It could be happen at killing him or after killed it. Be sure that you captured it's corpse "Andron Controller Parts"... Controller and servers are hard to kill especially at control rooms.. so ppl use to explosives on them.. If you still got problems at getting a special andron corpse, please send me a save file.. I'm sorry if somebody asked about that before. Hi smyczy. main menu picture is automated scaled for the resolution. At some different resolutions it's normal to not fit probably. So far I installed the standard version of xenonauts with steam and manually installed the mod + patches and it worked correctly (besides the invisible xenomorph?!). However, in the install guide its mentioned that the mod is for 1.09 & X:CE 31. So did I have to manually install X:CE 31 (steam is at X:CE 33 currently) and than the x-division mod? Hey You can safely play the mod with 1.59 and 0.33 CE.. for short with the final versions both game and CE edition. BUT you xdivision should be on top and you should activate only XCE, settings,balance and map additions. No other mods are allowed to use with xdivision. Some balance mods could work with it but i cant guarantee. Only one xenomoprh is invisible (the standing one) which nobody knows the reason. I have the 1.59 version + main mod + patch 1 + patch 2 + balance mod Do I need something else? On mod launcher, I only have your mod + activated. Do I put XDiv or XCE on top? You should use always xce exe from now on. XDivision should be at top and active. XCE, balance and settings should be active too. Portraits can be problematic but if you take the portraits and put them in to Xdivision folders right, it would work.. the problem is the new armours wont get that modded portraits.. Rallige Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 Lore is a little clumsy, and it can show in like first 15 minutes. I'm talking about that alien fugitive research you get quite fast in game (after first ground combat mission, I believe) It's lore says that one Caesan decided to desert and walked up to your base, where he was captured by one of your man with previous experience in dealing with caesans. Moreover, your guest starts shaking in terror after you show him a corpse of xenomorph. But there is a slight problem - I researched this right after my first combat mission (downed scout UFO). That scout contained ONLY sebillians (reptiloid dudes). So there are 2 problems: 1) at the moment of researching that fugitive my men have NEVER seen a caesan, and have no experience in capturing one 2) at that moment my men have never seen a xenomorph, and obviously there could be no xenomorph corpse at our base ( what is even funnier, if I recall correctly, xenomorph's own lore at xenowikia tells us that after death corpse gets dissolved in acid - one less reason to have a corpse at our base, even if we DID fight them at the time of alien fugitive technology gets fully researched) It might be a small thing to complain about, but you have to agree that it's quite a heavy blow to mod's lore. And like half of this game's charm is depending on it's lore. So please fix it. I would suggest delaying availability of alien fugitive technology by a month or two - by that time you would definitely fight those two species at least once.
