It looks like part of the UI for the science screen is cut off on the bottom and there should be buttons there. Is this a bug or am I just missing something incredibly obvious? Edit: Oh, it's the same bug as this one: http://www.goldhawkinteractive.com/forums/showthread.php/7835-V20-Experimental-Can-t-start-new-research If I have two labs, I have to have 29 scientists, rather than 30, in order to start a project.
