L3TUC3
Running v14.1 in 1280x1024 in the load game menu, I noticed that the text in the delete button is cut off.
Giovanni
The gui hasn't been adapted to fit 4:3 monitors yet.. I assume it will be done in the beta stage of development. Thanks for reporting, anyway Edited September 5, 2012 by Giovanni missed you already wrote screen resolution
L3TUC3
Like in my post it's 1280x1024. That's a 5:4 ratio and is pretty standard for older model LCDs. The screenshot is a 1:1 representation (as in not cropped, but compressed) of my resolution and available playing area. I'm stuck with this monitor for now while I save up for a bigger one. I've also found a couple of other minor textual glitches and overlaps related to the interface I'll make separate threads for.
Giovanni
As I said, this has already been planned to be fixed, so please be patient while playing the alpha and expect an improvement on this side later.
StellarRat
Are you also aware that the bottom text of the technology advances screen is nearly always chopped off? I have a single 1920x1080 display. Every time I get an advance at least two plus lines of the explanation are chopped at the bottom. It does not look like the screen itself is clipped, it looks like the text is just too much to fit in the display area allocated. I don't know if this is desired behavior or simply a bug or the explanations are simply too long.
Giovanni
StellarRat, as usual a screenshot would be really helpful. We do know that the whole GUI has to be refreshed, but knowing these little things would avoid searching them ourselves!
