What PEGI/ESRB rating is Xenonauts likely to be?

This is probably one of the dumbest questions going about the game, but what rating is Xenonauts likely to have when it exits beta for a full release? I'm guess PEGI 12/ESRB Teen?

Teen would be reasonable. The violence isn't graphic, the game isn't really scary in a horror movie way, the player is penalized for killing innocent bystanders, and there's no profanity or sex or drugs or anything else that might offend a parent who doesn't subscribe to the Ned Flanders school of childraising.

There's no blood either.

Just really...cartoon-y...violence.
