Long list scrolling

Hello. Scrolling is required for the long list of constructed buildings. Otherwise, the player does not have the option to choose an action on this message.

Thanks. I'll log this as a bug but unfortunately it's not very easy to set an expanding UI element to have a max size in Unity, so fixing it is likely to take quite a bit of effort.

This is therefore a low priority bug in my opinion - you usually only encounter the issue if you are using a money cheat, and you can still press Enter or Esc to close the window even if it does occur.
