[X:CE 0.34] Grenades can easily be thrown through walls and closed doors

Has anyone else noticed you can easily throw grenades 1 space through a wall? This lets you, for example, toss a grenade through a UFO's closed door and killing the aliens on the other side.

While I've never tested it myself, the door would probably protect my troops standing outside too.

I also have a bad habit of tossing flares through walls which block the light. This is very common by the way.

I just bought the game and started with xce 0.34.1 and have the same problem. I tossed a grenade through an UFOs closed door and a flare through an undamaged window. Would be nice if this can be fixed.
