[X:CE 0.34] Grenades can easily be thrown through walls and closed doors

I just bought the game and started with xce 0.34.1 and have the same problem. I tossed a grenade through an UFOs closed door and a flare through an undamaged window. Would be nice if this can be fixed. Great game and great mod !
