Threads with brackets or plus symbols in the title do not work.

I think the title says it all.

I have seen quite a few posts recently with (brackets) or plus+ symbols that will not open.

They give an error 404.

I don't think I am the only one having this problem so please be aware when you make a new thread.

Any other characters or symbols causing a problem for people?

Don't think it's limited to just those, the "I bought the game more than 1 year ago..." thread doesn't have those but constantly generates a 404. I'm really not sure what the pattern is here.

Seems ... is the culprit. I copied the link from properties and removd ... at the end:

and managed to get into it without the 404

Yeah it isn't consistent.

There are some posts with brackets, plus or dots that have several pages of replies that I can't access any more.

A single full stop works fine but posts with two or more together won't open for me, even ones I am sure I have previously replied to.

Chris combat GUI feedback post from a few weeks back for example.

It has brackets in the title and I cannot open it although I have posted in that thread previously.

Yeah, I can't open that one either.

If Sathra can edit topic titles he could try fiddling with the thread I mentioned above (bring the number of fullstops to one or none) to see if it fixes it.
