I'd like to ask a question: It's my first campaign and I've discovered an allien base, but I don't know how to attack it because I'm playing ironman and I don't want to ruin the game. Can I send a dropship directly? Or before I must attack it with offensive aircraft? Or I must send offensive aircraft+and dropship at the same time? Thanks in advance. dpelectric Posted June 23, 2014 Share Posted June 23, 2014 Just send a dropship. You might want to bring a couple of C4 charges to blow locked doors (not necessary, but can open up shortcuts). And keep an eye out for large ventilation shafts that interconnect areas that you can access by shooting the grilles (use manual targeting).
