  1. Yeah, i love that new thing too. Two sebillians ran outside a small ufo on veteran difficulty and basically cut my 4 survivors in half, to get picked off. Really wasn't expecting it.
  2. The best fun comes from winning against impossible odds. My entire squad got wiped in an alien base assault and a full rookie team went to finish the assault, with a large amount of explosives. One man lived. Queue patriotic music
  3. Well, Gravitons are a real theoretical particle, it would be massless with a spin-2 nature, and some bosons do have anti-particle equivalents, for example W- and W+ bosons, so a Anti-Graviton, as far as i'm aware, is feasible, if a bit of a stretch. Short of replacing it with Quantum locking (aka: Bioshock magic stationary balloons), but that would require magnets on the ground. So gravitons seem the best option unless you want to go down the 'lol aliens did it' route.
  4. To the dude above a few posts, my negativity is at the thread not the devs, the devs are doing a fantastic job without the need for a big circlejerk
  5. People still use gas grenades? Just stun and charge with a baton, only about a million times more effective
  6. Hmmm, when i read that the first time I thought you only needed to extract tiles if your sub mapping. Cheers, in future I'll actually read properly
  7. Hey dudes, i'm interested in creating some new desert and farm maps, as i find they come up often and would like more variety. However, one weird thing i'm having is that no corner pieces for chain-link fences, hedges, etc. appear, and also it seems like some items when placed have their actual place on the level viewer off by a significant amount of squares. Is my version bugged or is this how it's meant to work? many items also seem to have no texture, despite being listed (a few chain-link fences, for example)
  8. I'm about to start a theoretical physics degree so i may be able to help you :L
  9. I get this too, but generally its due to a sebillian using the sight range of a nearby sebillian. A fix was posted a few builds back for certain aliens 'accurately guessing' outside their sight range, maybe the bug is not completely quashed yet
