  1. Maybe they just can't be captured? Is there interrogation research for them somewhere?
  2. Minimal cost of transfer FIXED at $1000 resulting in game breaking bug if you plan to move items around. Expect to be bankrupt and out of the game quickly with this one!   3. Yes I thought that was a bit of issue. Its hard to tell how tall the bush is but you would assume you could throw grenades over objects.
  4. They sometimes end up inside other objects as well and isn't exclusive to a specific map. Seen them in (Ind Generators, The Above(s), inside alien base control globes, inside base doors (this disables the doors it seems).
  5. Think I figured out a crash, grenades exploding within smoke (from smoke grenade).
  6. I notice that on RARE occasion when a research project is finished the page with details shows up completely blank. Seems it fails to load the text data for whatever reason, not sure if just me however so will wait till others report similar. Also now getting game lockups at end of light scout mission(s). Reloading save and replaying mission fixes it however.
  7. Two Research related bugs? -I never got Alenium as a research option so I have yet to get upgrade grenades and rockets etc... (have raided a alien base and corvette so far!) -Alien Plasma Technology showed me a blank report once it finished researching. -After my base was attacked and one of my CMRs died I notice my Chinook now has a crew member that cannot be removed or selected (so I can't upgrade their loadout). Going to aircraft screen and selecting the phantom crew member results in CTD. I remember in Build 7 I didn't have a issue with these two things so I dunno whats going on there. I will start a new game and see if it goes away. Must have broke something in research. EDIT: I started a new game and everything is fine, the Alenium gets picked up by the standard Scout class UFO. Unsure what happened first time around.
  8. Grenade Spam = CTD, I was using stun grenades and tossed 4-5 into a alien aircraft at once, upon end turn it just ctd.
  9. Nice patch, will play it now. However there is one thing I noticed in build 7, and that is while recovering a Medium (I think) UFO the Aliens on the Upper or Lower floors were able to SEMI shoot down/up to my soldiers, through the flooring that is. 90% their shots just hit the floor but sometimes they would pass through. Not sure if this is intentional but you might want to check it out. PS. Dont forget to add base images for Laser/Missile Batteries et al..
  10. Ok, well it said 1 file failed to validate, however it was a 240byte file so I really can't see that causing all these completely random crashing. I try to replicate the crashing but it isn't always the same thing that triggers it, however atm I am in a alien base and it seems throwing too many grenades can cause issues. If problem persists I will purge my local copy and redownload it.
  11. Why would you suspect the local copy continuously corrupts itself? Is steam integrity checks failing?
  12. My main issue atm is the constant random crashing. Bloody hard to play. Gotta save every 60seconds or crash to desktop it seems.
  13. At which build will you be looking at implementing all the new GUI stuff that has been in the works? V20?
  14. Hmm for the option to turn on betas in Steam it asks for a code. Is there a test version of v19 out and we need to just get a code and put it in there to get access to it?
  15. 1) Crouching and Prone increases accuracy, 2) To increase aiming right click over target to go through the different types of shots which cost more TU 3) Reaction shots don't happen I think until you specify a TU reserve. I hope this helps Steelwarrior as you seem unaware of all the above after watching a couple of your videos.
  16. Bugs and glitches are fine its just the game breaking ones that are a issue.
  17. Desura could easily catch up by making a faster better update/install system (md5 check on each file is a bit extreme). And also allow developers full control of multiple test branches. Quite easy to catch up indeed. But they choose not too, I think Desura just WANTS to eventually die?. Seems that way. Anyway I checked 18.5 out and saw no new UI but someone said there is one? I checked some images of one being made which looked great but can't find it in game. http://www.xenonauts.com/devimages/newUI.jpg (the one of the left is what I see, when is the new one (right) coming?)
  18. I think someone said the AI was suiciding it out in the open, hence very easy to kill which can be perceived as less aggressive I guess.
  19. How close are we to getting this Steam key anyway? I am keeping a eye out from it and given 18.5 is out now I wonder if it is close now?
  20. Could we get a update on when v17.92 is coming and also what it might fix?
  21. What would be nice is if armor has a durability rating and once that durability reaches 0 its just destroyed and reported somewhere. I mean afterall how many plasma blasts can armor take anyway?
  22. The belt slot is quick access obviously, but perhaps thats too far above your understanding
  23. The bug is that the engine/scripts are glitching and placing the Chinook and/or objects at the wrong level.
