[V22.3 Geoscape] Don't receive funding at the beginning of the month

In game it's January 31st 1980. And everytime it switches months I gain no money in February. Then about the 25th my money doesn't go down constantly from upkeep either. I've tried loading games further back and skipping ahead, same problem. I checked the files via steam and it checked out. Haven't tried reinstalling yet.

It all looks fine to me. The problem is you've got upkeep of $2.3m and a monthly income of $2.2m so the change is negligible at month end.

I'd put some of those interceptors in the bin, as they're $150k a month each.

The money drain during month might mislead you, because now manufacturing takes a bit every % of item is done rather taking whole amount on start.
