Sleet01
Alien grenades effectively cannot be used because: 1) They weigh 20KG! 2) APs remaining after picking up the 20KG grenade are usually <= 15. 3) There don't appear to be enough APs to equip the alien grenades to hand from any storage point - ground, belt, or backpack - so I can't test throwing them. It seems odd that the alien grenades, hauled around by aliens with 80% of human strength, weigh more than a heavy machine gun or rocket launcher. Is this intended behavior? Gorlom
To prevent you from using them, most likely.
Buzzles
I suspect this is simply a data entry bug. Probably meant to be 2.0 kg.
Comassion
Which file would the item weights be in? We can probably identify the fix ourselves.
Buzzles
Which file would the item weights be in? We can probably identify the fix ourselves. Weapons_gc.xml, which you must not open in Excel/OpenOffice contains a weight line, however it's set at 1 for weapon.aliengrenade. Use wordpad or something. Weapons.xml (which you can open and modify in Excel) has the weight of 20. Change that, probably to 1. Interestingly enough, in weapons.xml it's also got two handed set to true. I don't know how it affects the aliens though, so they might end up with massive amounts of AP now they're 20kg+ lighter. Probably aren't affected by weight calculations to begin with.
