[10.2 - Ground Combat] Terror Site Abandoned?

I have had a couple of times where my Chinook has showed up at a Terror site and I move all of my guys out of the Chinook and (hopefully) to cover without spotting any aliens or getting shot at. Then after clicking 'End Turn' I end up with something like this:

Has anyone else experienced this?

I never experienced this, but the aliens seems to have fled for some reason (maybe a justin bieber show was about to happen in the city?? lol)

Maybe they were human terrorists who just said it was the aliens?

That would explain all those innocent looking people standing around whistling when you arrived and no aliens.

Yeah the real interesting thing is, I could go back and load my saved game from just before the Chinook touched down at the site, and sometimes the place would be crawling with aliens, other times it was just me and the civvies/friendly AI.

Was it always the same aliens?

Just wondering if it ties in to the bug Chris mentioned about Androns not spawning missions.

Of course it could just be a glitch in the numbers.

I seem to get a different type of enemy nearly every time I reload, so it's either Sebillians or Caesans or... nobody.

I've had this happen twice on Terrormissions as well.
