Korval Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 I've tested this from the geoscape screen and during a ground combat mission. * Press 'Escape' to access menu * Click "Save Game" * Select any existing savegame -The 'Save' button is greyed out and can't be activated * Enter the name for any existing savegame * Click the 'Save' button -The overwrite-game dialog box pops correctly. Bodestone Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 A workaround is to type the same name in and it will ask for confirmation of overwrite. NOTE: Another possible issue I have yet to make certain of is that the save games are case sensitive but always displayed in caps. This if you save a game as "wibble" and another as "Wibble" you will show 2 save games named "WIBBLE" to be on the safe side always use lower case since it is irrelevant for the display.
