kabill Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Playing a ground combat, one of my soldiers was shot and killed by reaction fire. However, after I finished the mission, he was still on my soldier roster - wounded but alive. I note that he was already on lowered health when he was shot and (not!) killed as a result of an injury he took on a previous mission. I'm 99% sure that the damage he took was not higher than his *max* health, only the health he had remaining. I'm wondering whether this has something to do with it? Max_Caine Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Soliders who die make a saving throw verses death, with a modifier depending on how below 0 they went (-20 being auto failure).
