[V19 Experimental 2 / Geoscape] New buttons do not respond after ground mission

I just finished a ground assault(AI generated UFO recovery). I had saved it yesterday, loaded it today and finished it. After that, I tried to click on the base construction button. No response. Tried all other buttons as well. Nothing. The build new base text is working. I can get to the base management screens by clicking on my base.

One more thing. There is nowhere an indication on how much does it cost to build a new base. I clicked on the text and I came up with an "insufficient funds" dialog.

I had alt-tabbed out of the mission to access the forum while playing the ground mission. I doubt it is relevant but I report it, just in case.

Happened again and this time I had not alt-tabbed. It has something to do with returning from ground or air missions. This time happened after I shot down a UFO.

If you have a save file of it that would be great. It is a known issue, i reproduced it myself a few times now, but i can't reproduce it all the time. When the coder tried it he couldn't reproduce it, but he spent a lot of time trying

After you load a game it works fine. I think it is the air combat. When you have one and then return to the geosphere you get that problem. I recall receiving the "low fuel" pop up for one of my condors in that air mission.

Just had this one happen, glad to know I can reload a save to get it working. Had no low fuel popups when it happened, did have a popup for research when I got the plasma rifle. Maybe it's a generic after-popup problem.
