[V8.5 Geoscape] Loading A Geoscape Save Resets Funding Performance Tracker

Have noticed after loading a couple of different geoscape saves that the tracker for expected positive/negative changes to monthly funding based on performance is reset when the save loads.

Kinda helped me out just before the end of after a fairly abysmal -$150K month (and why I noticed) but guessing its not meant to happen

Yeah, that should be all that's needed. If you're a Legacy pre-orderer (basically someone who pre-ordered when the old forums were online) you should have gotten an e-mail, as its a bit different.
