charmen
I have played Xenonauts on a different computer, however, on my laptop when I launch the application from Desura, nothing happens. There is a process running for xenonauts in my program manager, but no application. It is getting hung up in the transition between launching the program and opening the window. Has anyone else experienced this? (I tried verifying the files already)
Chris
Can you try putting this batch file in your game directory and running it? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26290309/LauncherFix.bat
mega karaczan
Hi, just to let you know: I've just bought the game and was experiencing the same issue but running the fix file did it for me. Works like charm. BTW: Great stuff, keep it up!
Chris
Right. So that's a problem with the video in the game launcher. Can you post up your system specs, particularly your operating system and whether you have a media player installed (or removed) and any codec packs you might have installed? It's a bug I'd very much like to have fixed without workarounds; I'm sure there's a whole load of annoyed people who don't check the forums who'd like to be able to play it!
