17.6 - Infinte Time Units

I have tried a couple of missions on different map types where if I send my unit in to a tile that it should not be able to move to (lake, rock etc) the unit will move there without using any time units. I have been able to move units pretty much across the entire map with plenty of TUs left to shoot at the poor alien.

This glitch also causes unit animations to go wrong (sideways moving vehicles, things going through walls). I am not sure if this also means enemy units cannot target me as have not actually been fired on from the vantage point of a lake even when an enemy is right next to me.
