(1.30 - Geoscape) visual glitch - overlapping area

when zooming on the Geoscape, the highlighted border of Sovet Union does overlap into the sea and Alaska. Does not happen for the other regions and was appearing in the previous build as well.

This occurs if map is centered on right side of the great central pacific map "seam".  Center map to the left side of the "seam" and it displays correctly.

Thanks. Yeah, I'll get this fixed for 1.31.

The Pacific map wrap discontinuity isn't smooth when scrolling too.  Also, UFOs can't be selected (at least around the seam) when the map is centered on the side the UFO is not.
