[V8.2 Savegame-Research] Research projects are blank after loading savegame

1. As soon as i finish the first ground mission and my chinook hasn't arrived at base - I can already start researching my finds. Small issue but not realistic IMO.

2. As soon as I load savegame - the scientists are allocated, however projects do not show up. Also the other possible research projects are not there anymore.

- In-progress and unstarted research progress not kept when loading game in new session. Completed research reset to be researchable again.
