[v25.1b Ground Combat] Hit Animation No Damage

Thanks for the save game. So in this case, yeah, the issue is that the Sectons are getting a massive accuracy boost from their new Psionic Triangulation ability - which is enough that they can shoot well beyond the normal range of their weapons. And as weapon damage drops off rapidly beyond normal range, they end up being able to hit targets at distances where they do zero damage.

It's easy enough to fix because I can make accuracy drop off equally massively on alien weapons once a shot goes beyond normal range. It's not clear to me how Mantids or Cleaners would be able to score hits at this kind of distance but hopefully this fix will address that too.
