[V8.2 Geoscape] Loading saves and research.

Loading a save-game with research in progress, it no longer shows in the research screen. No does anything else.

The scientists are still shown as occupied in the bars at the bottom of the project window however.

Skipping through, the research never completes either.

Also, the only projects shown in the selection sidebar are completed ones, and any others only appear after a completed mission (from loot).

Verified. This doesn't occur when you load from inside a game but it does from the title screen, which is why I think it wasn't picked up before (same with the non-functional tabs one)....
