[V8.0 Ground Combat] Crouched shooting animation doesn't always play.

As title, but specifically, I've only seen it happen when a trooper is firing at the object directly in front of them than they are crouching behind. The sound plays (although sometimes firing on burst with a pistol sounds like a single shot, and may or may not have 3 impact sounds).
