Add Role Soft Lock (Windows, v. 0.32)

I don't have a screenshot for this, but it's pretty straightforward. I'm not sure if it's in the regular game or just CE, but I'm using CE, so I'll post it here.

The issue is pretty simple, and easy to replicate. Upon entering the name for a new role and pressing Enter OR clicking OK, the dialogue doesn't close. Repeatedly pressing Enter/clicking OK does not seem to add the role more than once. At this point the game is locked and I have to alt+F4 out.

Steps:

1. Start new game.

2. Enter Soldier Equipment screen.

3. Select Change Role->Add New Role.

4. Select icon for role (I've been choosing the shield, though I suspect that doesn't matter).

5. Dialogue to name role appears; enter role name and confirm.

6. Game is now locked.

Right now it's a bit of a hassle, but I suspect it will become more so when I actually need to add extra roles instead of re-purposing old ones.
