I can simply share this mod pack by link from my drive where a have it: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9Rj7Hxxu0DYTHY1RlNucnh4S00&usp=sharing I know - its moded, but i still think this could be standard game bug, because it happend when i simply killed Viper (aka enemy). Unfortunately i played iron man, so i could not load other save from that game... :-/ if you would try to reproduce it and check, i would be grateful.
