opopo Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 To replicate: 1) Soldier fires at alien. 2) Alien survives and turns around to reaction fire (was facing away). 3) Before the reaction fire, I click my soldier to go onto one of the teleporter pads. Soldier moves onto teleporter pad. 4) Alien reaction fires and misses. Game is now locked up. Animations and sounds are playing fine but interface is non-responsive. Fortunately I saved mid-battle due to another bug. Quote

opopo Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 I stand corrected. It's worse than that; it's a bug that doesn't require the user to do anything out of the ordinary. Replicate: 1) Fire at alien. 2) Alien turns around. 3) Move until to teleporter. Unit goes to teleporter but doesn't teleport. 4) Alien reaction fires. Game is now hung. Quote

DeMatt Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Add another player report to the list. In this instance: Soldier uses teleporter to get into room with alien. Alien is facing the soldier already. Move soldier one square off of teleporter and fire. Miss. No reaction fire. Move soldier onto teleporter. Alien reacts and shoots. Shot sound plays, teleporter sound plays... interface locks up. Animated terrain (UFO bits) is still animated, but clicking on anything within the game window does nothing. "Close" button on window does, however, close the game. Quote
