I'd like to use Jsleezy's Real Fighter Portrait Pack and Dynamic UFOs v1.01 (XCE v0.21) but both of these change gameconfig.xml Same goes for Lore+ 1.6 and Xenopedia Entries for Upgraded Aircraft Weapons (v1.0). Sentelin Posted July 8, 2014 Share Posted July 8, 2014 (edited) Just exclude gameconfig.xml of Jsleezy's Real Fighter Portrait Pack if you want to use Jsleezy's Real Fighter Portrait Pack and Dynamic UFOs v1.01 (XCE v0.21).You don't need gameconfig.xml from Jsleezy's Real Fighter Portrait Pack.But if you are curious what it does,it changes how much chance does game have to draw females from pool.In other words it reduce chance of getting female soldiers. About other one you will need to merge them.Unless authors of that mod already made compatibility patch. You can shift whole lines to one side or the others, and then just save. The actual "code" is pretty much self explanatory and logical. kabill Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 For what it's worth, I'm 95% certain that if you copy everything from the country starting relations to the UFO power core explosion chance in gameconfig.xml and paste that into the gameconfig file from Jsleesy's mod, then that's all you need to get the two working together.
