This happens regardless of my current soldier's current equipment and is pretty significant; I lose access to med kits, shields, stun batons, etc. Save game can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kjre64pq68qm4p4/Main%20%20Veteran.sav This happens even if I create a new game.
