  2. Great thanks for your work people, and holding XNT with upgrading it into a new level. Just waiting for X-Devision final phase, when i could look at it in full beauty. Little question. Could you explain how you reworked XNT? You used its data and just readjusted it in your mod-feeling + included other mod-builds? I used some other mods, that where able to be played with XNT, likу Skitso Maps, sounds, woman breasts and other little funnies. Do they combine with X-Devision? And i saw you doesn't include Gargoles? It mean at all or just for now? I am intrested to look how changed the overal situation (mean how X-Devision differ from XNT 6.0 personally). I understood, itculd be be a very big explanation, so if its hard- no prob. Sorry, i was many time out of here, so don't blame for "again" questions-)))
  3. hm... used 1.09+Helgate+Skitso and Kabills maps Doese i forgote something? Just for me: dissapeared the red and blue damage numbers when i hit or hitted. Is it normal?

  5. 2 things radek - Basic sniper weapon deal 20-40 dmg to blue Androns normally to me (even from max distance... and its really good that they doesn't has nano-bots that restore them) well... Sentelin... its just another idea - maybe androns could regenerate not HP, but armor? hehe... horror would be greater!!!-)))) - And if there problem with ammo - put it to backpack of one soldie for max and than drop in the mission in first turn. I do this with rockets when come to terrors or missons more than corvete ps... ups.doese there really a mission with MORE than one blue delta or omega??!!! Holy Molly-))) laser carabins deal reapers at ease... just never tried that on omegas and deltas... but sometimes i see how my soldiers "wonderfully" miss all bullets from 1-2 tiles long to delta. maybe its normal to sniper rifle and MG-ns but normal rifle and zephir - why?! 90+ accuracy, 90+ % of aiming and mis-mis-mis getting tile under it. What could make that? Doese their hands tremble or so?

Sentelin, TD maybe it would be best to make a little reconsider in first post of the thread and to ADD, that: - All new Aliens, all new curcimanses, all threat and "WTF" toughtness - is NOW vanila's-like, but - the Normal XNT toughtness is 3x higher than vanila, so don't try to complain that its hard ever... and for some reasons... i doesn't see than insane is impossible. No complains about hardness... the balanse is tested for good and long time. heh... i even dream about great army of even more than 16 soldiers and so aliens more too and big maps even with big number of civ forses and zealots (civ forces of alien side), where i could see the real big warfare!-)) hm... the map open in terror mission is a good thing - so i like to see how not only my soldiers operate. wonderful... dreams)))

It could be a "history of a struggle" book, that posess the essense of experience of humanity (in memuars of fallen heroes) in the fight with alien unknown invasion. for the new children who born because of heroic deeds of all xenonaut defenders (and mass civilian death... thank to isteric counsil that make tactical nuclear bombing when frightening 20-30 alien terrorists attack city districts and killing 10-000 and more own population against it and all xenonaut costs)... ...because fighting with alien invasion is a constant financial crisis... to xenonautts,but not for those, who could kill own population with ease (one nuclear bomb cost more that a million dollars!!!), but think better how to make some new blood-money and not to give them to humanity defenders otherwise... (don't tell that to soldiers, commander... even the toughtest could say about that, "that Earth is sucks" and disobey, greatly demoralize all others... telling that counsil from the begining planned to work agains people and for aliens). ADs: buy our soft boots from allien alloys and than no dirt coud stand by your foot! or... humanity defenders would have no money for little shopping... they must die not from mista... not from hunger, but from alien plasmas, yes? And merry alien crismas! So give thanks to somebody, that aliens doesn't have planetary weapons or they doesn't got bothered by xenonaut activity to fast... and thanks to clon-cameras of alien fleet, that can't make new recruits so fast too... and alien fleet docks for long-time ufos construction three! See how easy it is to defend the earth from so lazy and slow-comming enemy! You could even have time to make an alien Zoo, circus, special films or sell captured clones as semi-automatic baby-nurses and garden-keepers. Hey, they even doesnt know what is blitzcrieg is! Stupid clones! No time for clones attack! Lets try to make your own future, commander! Hm... and force George Lucas not to write his Star Wars clone attack, too! Hm... well, meybe i am not right, but i think, commander, that it would be even better to fire him from our workshop too. He doesn't work - just wright his themes all the time and dream about popularization theme... well, in other way, in financial matter, commander, we could... maybe... make some benefit from that. In future... maybe. If we will survive.
  8. TD, Solver... Sulphur rocketlauncher if loaded with stun rocket fires as normal is loaded (and shows 0 more rockets to load in its icon - but i has 4 of the same in backpack) it is bug?
  9. Not by myself founded bug, but from onother forum. Playing with 4 lost states. Month ends with 5th conqured. Game over but the game make autosave - if you load it - the game continues.
  10. thanks for it, but you aren't right in little... right path assets/soldierimages/armour.impjackal there no armour.png there there were no picture to males in core pack. must be copied there.

  12. just a question. there is alien interrogation research... that could be done/ there are alien species research that give +10% damage when stun species aquaired and maybe its a good idea (just as idea) to make officer hunting more lucrative? not like an slave, but... make a some like ship dissasembling feature, that could give - for example... alive sebile officer disassembling gives regenerative pills (some ammount hp/turn like regeneration from its alienium blood), caesian psi pills (psi defence that could be applied to armor - could it be applied to for example, morale or just like - if psi attack succed it is used besides the soldier began MC or halucinate (TU is 100% used on pill eating... like it showed in the xenopaedia picture of psion - little people in the backward of it feeling psi attack-))) ) only alive matters... and pity that androns could't be hanged, but andron officer courpse(and others too... from warrior to elite) could maybe give disassempling to some ++ alienium and alloys (warrior = 1 alloy, elite 2 alloy, officer = 1 alienium, 2 alloy)? maybe another idea - could it be an alien grenadier-terrorist behavior - big number of grenades + carabine-shotgun weaponry? as there are blast cannons... that make waaagh cada-boom, from sniper distances, maybe it could be some use of aggressive another anti close group tactics...
  13. he bought the place?-))) TD, i suited my first soldier with coyote armor. in the soldier base menu. but the picture of the soldier (besides the head) dissapeared. maybe some wrong filenames?
  14. i've got private (with low stats, TU=38 for example) as a group commander (99+ morale) in squad that has 3 sergeants, 2 corporals and 3 privates vanila? vortex projector - when i take it all time shows 9/20 ammo (maybe it because similarto plasma rifle), when reload - it 20/20 okay... but itseemto be a huge ammo capasity. may be 6 or 12 so... is adequate (so it could fire 3 times a round may be i am not right) and alien blast canon- aliens fire without prblem 2 times around from it,but i see onli 1/1 ammo of it. and does it bug or AI cheat - aliens doesn't have recharging/reloading then?

How much stun heals delta viper?! 40+55+45+44 from stun button...+5+4 from grenades... -1 soldier... +40+55 button... -1 soldier...-squad. hehe... well, just asking... and that is damn reall hell 3 alpha reaper in pack with gargol... and i has just 3 jackals, and some advansed ballistics... fantastic!

TD, Sentelin how about making alien anihilator(am i rightwith its name) less accurate (that who deals little damage like 8 hp to basic armor, but goodwounding and suppression) it is averylongrange too. if it is a support weaopon i see it like automatic burst carabinein use. but if aliens fire - thy everytime or miss but got the tile where soldier sit or hit 8+8+8+8+...so even if he doesn't dead - he dies in second turn froum 20 wounds/ and before diing he sometimes run in panic-) like some fellows that burn themselves with benzin and than ran and cry.
  17. TD. If you became ill - take rest emediatly. No time for 1/2 life. Countrmeres must be set. ps. insane - is wonderful! better to feel than veteran for me. just to tell about zombies and other - tested them for some more and... now i understand your and Sentelin and other devs opinion to make them less countered by reaction fire. Now they become really good enemyies, that "workload" all squard alike. For now they aren't a bulletmeat and for any case - they are now a real and good support for sebills. question - maybe there is some point,but i feel that progression of soldier experience was downed for a little. i got for no no one +1 acc gained even if killed 1-2 aliens, or reflexes of tu. Its a planned downspeed or not? heavy plasma boo-oo-o-o-om is frightening. zombies are fast and frightenning minor vipers are even less frightening than zombies-))) 3 gargols dead in light scout... FRIGHTENING like asshell... wonderfull thatthey are dead... just even if its bug, no way... 3... its numbers make me tremble-))) with great fear waiting for corvete challenge... is some cases got a one time bug: going to the land battle - when it loaded from the geoscape - its music doesn't ended. So i hear 2 melodies - land and geo simultaniously. Tryed to repeat that bug - but can't. Just mention that something could be there so-so. play: XNT 5.31hf2 with community 0.25hf2 kabills maps and fire in the hole tiles+maps skitso maps, femonauts, insignia ranks no unsolvable problems!
  18. And at 1.09 still bug - No soldiers present at this base happen. What i do: i moved from charlie all soldiers and after last was unassigned - that happened but soldier list - is ok. and if i assign the soldier from the list - bug solves.

Does it normal - 1st light scout - i match sebillians + 2 zombies and 2 crysts. in the end mission brief i've got TWO gargols corpses... ups !!! and just to mention. there'is no vortex weapon texture (purple analog of alien rifle)/ And at 1.09 still bug - Nosoldiers present at this base happen. What i do: i moved from charlie all soldiers and after last was unassigned - that happened but soldier list - is ok. and if i assign the soldier from the list - bug solves. (posted that to Chris 1.09 thread) + one thing about xenopaedia, just questioning - "know your enemy - caesian psion" - does it must be shown when dead psion courpse captured? may be it best to show it when alive psion captured?
  20. well, desura geted 1.09 version and i'am in. installed. downloaded last core pack... but it shows Xenonauts 1.08HF Community Edition 0.25HF2 Die Dreadnought Its ok?
