I have solution. Lets make Jackal as heavy armour with better protection than light Wolf. Then you will choose - mobility or protection -

I was thinking yesterday about it too. 90% of female soldiers cant wear it without TU penalty. Even with empty inventory. Maybe there should be special female version, lighter but less protective. Or just kevlar armor. Need to be done with it. -

Ok another mission and similiar situation, but this time as advice I use smoke granade: 1. First turn - I used Smoke Granade 2. Alien use reaction fire - killed my 2 soldiers:/ 3. Next turn - injured 2 another mens .....overall - smoke granade failed -
I know that in OG UFO reaction fire was everywhere but I think it shouldn't happenen when you shoot in first turn. For example - new mission, all team in "dropship". Alien spotted stright away without moving out from craft - I made a shoot and alien responded with auto shot. 2 mens died

I started again NEW GAME and again after missed shoot with Sniper Rifle game crashed:/ First time I missed on the field second time inside the UFO. Bullet just hit the ground and CTD -

I was thinking why aliens in old UFO EU looks more scary. Because they walk. In Xeno aliens runs pretty fast and its funny. Maybe there is a chance to slow down them?

On soldier screen U can sort list by TUs, Accuracy, Strenght ect. I think ability to add/remove also armour and allocating to dropship will is a good idea too. For example I would like to take soldiers on mission with highest strenght. Its easy to sort them on soldier screen but its impossible to add them to dropship stright away.
